The Henry collection is available in black, brown and grey leather-aire and also comes in 1 seater, 2 seater, 3 seater and corner sofa options.
The Leather Aire material is a fairly new material to the world, Its aim is to provide a fantastic alternative to the cracking of bonded leather and the cost of genuine leather. The design and structure of leather aire means it will not crack, peel or flake like any other leather alternatives.

Delivery & Returns

Areas Covered - UK Mainland

Our standard FREE delivery service applies to UK mainland postcodes only. Unfortunately, we do not currently serve areas outside the UK mainland, including Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), Isle of Man (IM), Eire, and BFPO addresses. Some UK Mainland postcodes may incur a surcharge of £50 - £250, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Standard Delivery Procedure

We work with various trusted courier providers who offer standard delivery between 7 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.

For small to medium-sized items, tracking information is provided (where available) for most orders. These items will typically be delivered by the courier without prior notice. In the event of no access, the courier may leave your item with a neighbor or in a safe place, or they may card your delivery. If your delivery is carded, it is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions to reschedule as soon as possible. If the item is returned to us, a failed delivery charge may apply before the item can be rescheduled. For any delivery issues, please contact us immediately at sales@sofainstore.co.uk.

For larger, bulkier items, a delivery booking will be made with you prior to dispatch. Please ensure we have the correct contact number to avoid any delays. The booking is made to inform you of the allocated delivery date, allowing you to arrange for someone to receive the delivery on the day. Please note that we are unable to provide a select day or guaranteed weekend delivery. You will need to arrange for someone to be available for the entire day, though some courier services may offer a more specific time slot.

Delivery to Upper Floors

Standard delivery is to the ground floor. Couriers will assist with bringing items upstairs if there is a functioning lift. If there is no lift, additional charges may apply to carry the item upstairs, or the delivery may be limited to the ground floor. If you live on an upper floor without a lift and need assistance, please let us know at the time of order so we can arrange for an appropriate service and quote for any labour charges.

Rescheduling Delivery

If you’re unable to receive the delivery on the allocated day, your local depot will contact you to rebook free of charge. Please note that rescheduled deliveries are subject to courier availability, and your new estimated time of arrival (ETA) may be different. If you wish to change the delivery date after confirmation, the following charges may apply:

3+ working days prior to delivery: Free of charge
1-2 working days prior to delivery: An administrative charge of £30 - £80 (depending on item and area)
Less than 1 working day or failed delivery: A full charge of £80 - £150 (depending on item and area)

Estimated Delivery Timeframe (ETA)

While the majority of orders are delivered within the displayed ETA, please note that the ETA is approximate and not guaranteed. Our official lead time for UK mainland deliveries is 14-21 working days. If an order is canceled due to a deviation from the tentative ETA, a handling charge of £30 will apply. Cancellations made after dispatch will incur a handling charge of £50 - £150 to cover courier and administrative costs. Receiving Your Delivery

All deliveries must be received in person, unless you provide written confirmation to drop the item at a designated location. By doing so, you indemnify us from any loss, damage, or theft. Before signing for your delivery, please inspect the item carefully to ensure it is in perfect condition. It is essential that any damage (minor or major) is noted on the delivery note before signing. If significant damage is found, you may refuse the delivery, but please take photos as evidence.

Does this sofa come assembled or flat-packed?

This sofa is flat-packed and will require assembly. All sofas come with easy-to-follow step-by-step DIY installation instructions. You may need a helping hand for some of our larger sofas. Alternatively, you can opt for our professional assembly service (available for selected sofas) during delivery.

Do you offer assembly?

Yes, we do! Some of our sofas are priced with assembly included, while others require a quote. You can select the assembly option at checkout, and our sales team will email you the cost to assemble your sofa or recommend our approved local furniture assembly partners to assist you.

Will you dispose of the packaging?

Unfortunately, we cannot dispose of your packaging. However, after assembly, our team will ensure the packaging is neatly bundled and ready to be moved to your disposal area.

Will you take away the old sofa?

Sorry, we are unable to take away your old sofa, as we do not have provisions for this. Please ensure the area for assembly is cleared beforehand to provide enough space for your new sofa.

We do offer Saturday delivery, though it’s not always guaranteed. If you’d like a Saturday delivery, please reply to your order confirmation email, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.

Do you have any stores I can visit?

We no longer have physical stores and are now a fully online-based outlet. This helps us save on overhead costs and pass on the savings to customers, offering nationwide delivery.
